Dogs!


Hi Everyone!
Introducing you to the first animal I have chosen for today's first official blog...









DOGS! Our beloved, little human's best friend. 



There are many different dog breeds, for example: Pomeranian, Bulldog, German Shepherd, Labrador Retriever, Golden Retriever, Maltese, Jack-Russel, Poodle, Chihuahua, Pug, Bull Terrier, Australian Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Corgi and many, many more (including mixed breeds)!






Here are some interesting facts about dogs:


  • Dogs are intelligent creatures, who can learn up to 150-250 words! Amazing, right? They can grab onto the important words you are saying and understand more than you think...
  • Have you ever seen a dog and a cat drink water? They do it the same way! 
  • Dogs normally have 4 paws (and sometimes with an extra claw!)
  • When they get excited, they wag their tail!
  • A dog's sense of smell is SUPER strong (and they can also remember your scent after a very, very long period of time).
  • Dogs have incredible hearing from miles away!
  • And of course we will save the best to last... they are our cute, furry buddies!

LAST BLOG WITH YOU ALL! 🙀 We hope you have all enjoyed our animal posts and learnt some things along the way! 😄 Our whole group has evenly contributed to writing the blog posts. Hanying, Qiannuo, Anton and Dianne all went to the zoo in order to grab some great animal footage video for our 'Animal' theme content. Hugo was unable to attend our zoo trip, however we had some moral support from him. We organised a meeting where we gathered to contribute our ideas, edit and sort the videos into the wanted order etc. We made a fun (and hilarious) video on Youtube for you to watch! MICE AND RATS!

..WOAH! Look at that TINY, FAST CREATURE! You guessed it. RATS/MOUSE!  A mice's physical features: - They are tiny (but some are quite chubby). - They are fast like lightning! - They have a pointed little nose. - They have small, round ears. - They weight 25-32 grams! Are you ready? Here are some interesting facts about mice or rats: Mice and rats are REALLY kind-hearted and gentle little creatures.  They are QUICK LEARNERS and can solve things as fast as dogs! (What?!) [Check out the previous blogs on 'Dogs'!] They are absolutely friendly and kind creatures who have emotions just like us, humans. (They are more scared of you than you could be scared of them!) If they get separated from each other, they will get sad and miss each other. :'( They have incredible memory length! Unfortunately, rats have poor eyesight, however, once they KNOW a path, they will NEVER forget it! Wow! I am pretty sure mouse love chee...
